Complete in-house managed
All services are managed by SXI and communicated with the customers, without the involvement of third parties. Aircraft delivery services begin with the design of the most suitable flight route. We can arrange the entire process, including but not limited to experienced crew members, all navigation charts, airfield plates, ground handling, overflight permits, clearances, necessary hotel accommodation and ground transportation for the crew. We can update flight plans at short notice may any delay, change of weather or other uncontrollable factors have influence on the ferry flight.
Competitive pricing
Prior to the commencement of the operation, a comprehensive estimate of the service is communicated with the customer which includes an overview of expectations from both sides. All aspects of the ferry flight are taken care of, to provide an on-time delivery within the given budget. For an optimal service, SXI has its own ICAO-assigned call sign and flight numbers. This makes sure that the navigation fees would be directly invoiced to us.
Transparency
During the operation of an aicraft delivery, our customers are kept up to date on the progress by our Flight Operation Officers (available 24/7), who are committed to providing optimal support to make the aircraft delivery as smooth as possible.
