Forum Group B.V. was established in 2005 as a real estate investment fund for social real estate and related operations. Successful with various projects domestically and internationally, the company has built up a unique international network. Following the acquisition of Breda International Airport (formerly Airport Seppe) in 2008, Forum Group B.V. invested greatly in the aviation business. With its 10th anniversary, Forum Group B.V. left its previous name Forum Real Estate B.V. behind.

With a collective history of over 70 years within aviation, we are proud to announce that Southern Cross Aviation Inc. and Southern Cross International B.V. are once again part of the same company, now the Forum Group.

Over 40 years ago, Peter Dickens started SXA in California and then founded SXI in the Netherlands 10 years later. Both companies have built up their own networks, including regular customers with specific requirements, over the years. Due to the growth of the global aviation sector, more demand of ferry flight services has been developing. Our customers have an extensive portfolio of aircraft throughout the world with different registrations.

Through the union under the Forum Group, we can serve customers globally even better and strive for the most qualitative service level while retaining unique niche capacities.
